Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd. ("Tinci"), founded in 2000, is the leading manufacturer of personal care functional ingredients in China. Over 80,000t/a personal care ingredients are supplied by Tinci and more than 30% are exported to USA, EU and other global market. Tinci has established competent and international standard level R&D and quality assurance capability, as well as its biggest manufacturing capacity in China. Tinci's products, such as Carbomer, Polyquaternium, Emulsifiers, Antidandruff Agent, Silicone Oil and Fluid, Mild Surfactants, etc., are well recognized by the market. Tinci had been certified on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 since 2002.
