Guanxi Corp has emerged as a global player in Real Estate and aligned itself and secured alliances with Coldwell Banker in Costa Rica, the Middle East and is on track to secure the Greater China region as one of their major clients/partner.In the past year, David Barrantes, and Cristian Munoz, founders and managing directors of Guanxi Corp. have joined efforts with Moe Abourched, President and CEO of MSM Luxury Estates, a global yet boutique high-end real estate company, based in Beverly Hills, CA. Guanxi Corp has been instrumental in creating brand recognition for many U.S. and Latin American companies in China, and aims to do the same for MSM Luxury Estates. Our Goal is to create a high-end luxury estate referral network that can access the resources of key partner offices and select real estate companies around the world.
