Guardian is a non-profit providing day services to frail elderly and disabled adults in West Contra Costa County. Guardian, which operates the only Adult Day Health Center located in, and serving West County, serves mostly people of color who live below the poverty line and are paid for by Medi-Cal. We provide transportation from, and back to the home, two meals and a snack, a full day's activity program, nursing, social work, and physical, occupational and speech therapies among other things. We also serve veterans on a VA contract.
