"Gubbachi" means sparrows in Kannada - "Gubbis" with loveWe emote with the fast disappearing and unacknowledged sparrows from the urban landscape - much like our migrant children living in make-shift blue tarpaulin house. Our endeavour is to recognise their struggles and take meaningful education to underserved children Our intervention design stems from twin beliefs • public education is the only sustainable option for underserved families, and • integration into formal public schooling, with quality learning, will move the needle for this childAll our work recognises the need to empower migrant families in an alien urban space.
