Gizella Pastry was formed in 1960 and was first located on Vancouver's famous Robson Street as a small retail bakery. The irresistible desserts created at Gizella has led to some significant growth over the years. Today we produce some of Vancouver's finest desserts in our 52,000 sq. ft. facility in the city where the journey all began. The company strengths remain constant; great tasting deserts, made with high quality ingredients, by a team of people that are passionate about products we produce. In 2013 Gizella Pastry, along with its two sister companies Golden West Baking Company and Les Boulangeries Rene, joined the CH Guenther & Son, Inc. family, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. At Gizella Pastry, we continue to service the retail and foodservice markets in Canada, the USA and Japan. We also strive to grow and develop new business partnerships with other organizations that have a need for flexibility, great value and premium quality products.
