Guide ID provides interactive guides to museums worldwide, as well as online tools for visitor research and visitor marketing. Guide ID is active in 15 countries so far and expanding to new countries each year. We have technical experience as well as experience regarding ease of use for content writers, cashiers and visitors.\\Since 2003 Guide ID has been active in the museum and heritage field. The first Guide ID product that was introduced, were Guide IDs multi media Windows PDA's. Between 2004 and 2007, the PDA's were active at multiple large museums across Europe. During this period Guide ID gained mass technical and field experience. This experience is the base upon which our current Podcatcher Platform is built. It not only created Guide IDs current network of highly experienced professionals, but also taught how important is to keep things simple and make things easy for museum staff, content writers and most important, the visitors.
