Bugün 49 ülkede 2000'nin üzerinde SAP kullanan işletmede GuiXT çözümleri bulunmaktadır. GuiXT 1998 yılında Dr. Gerhard Rode tarafından Almanya Mannheim'da kurulmuştur. Gerhard Rode kendi firmasını kurmadan once, SAP AG yönetim kurulu üyesi ve ABAP yazılım dili kurucusu olarak çalışmıştır. GuiXT oldukça uzun yıllara dayanan tecrübesi ile SAP teknolojileri ve bileşenlerini destekleyen sofistike yazılımlar tasarlamaktadır. SAP'nin içerisinde bundle olarak yer alan tek harici çözümdür. Müşterilerle yakın işbirlikleri sayesinde GuiXT, InputAssistant, Designer, Controls, CIS Mobile ve Invoice Mangement ürünlerini geliştirmiştir.
