Gulf Capital Mortgage Company™ (GCMC) was initially established in 2012 in Abu Dhabi to offer consultation on real estate finance to both property developers and the retail banking sector. With an ever expanding client base, and the changing legislation surrounding this field; the company has now moved its operations to Dubai to be closer to its primary market whilst still maintaining a presence in Abu Dhabi.
