In 2008 the General Contracting Company saw the need fora specialized division focusing in Fire Proofing, Water Proofing, Concrete Repair &Restoration, Specialty Floor Coatings and Maintenance Repair & Operations. Thisdivision flourished with success and in 2014 it was unanimously decided by allshareholders to separate the division as its own stand-alone entity
