The initiative for Gulzar Charitable and Educational Trust by promoter of Gulzar Motors Ltd. is the result of a realization that presently a large gap exists between the quality of engineers and managers being produced by the institutes and the industry requirements.Surveys by reliable agencies carried out in the recent past depict that less than 20% of the engineers produced by various institutes are employable. They lack in domain knowledge, skills, managerial acumen or communication and personality traits. In the present scenario of alarmingly high degree of competition coupled with recessionary trends no organization can afford to hire in competent professionals.
