GuruDaksh is a group of likeminded individuals who believe in bringing a change for betterment of the society. Towards this, we are working in the field of higher education making students ready to face the challenges of the corporate world and start contributing from the day ONE . In absence of any direct connect with the industry; students through their classroom courses learn various theoretical concepts without ever realizing the practical application of these concepts in the industry. This is primarily due to very minimal participation of the industry professionals in the academic world. Thus, the two most important pillars of the society – academia and industry work in isolation resulting in very less knowledge sharing. This phenomenon results into our universities churning graduates and post graduates who are not ready for the challenging world ahead and need six months to one year of ‘training' before they start performing as true professionals. To overcome the above challenge, we are partnering with various educational institutions and providing them with appropriate solutions. We enable these institutions to reach out to the industry professionals with right credentials and leverage their knowledge and experience. On the other hand, we are continuously increasing our network of industry professionals by providing them with an opportunity to interact with the student community and pass on their knowledge and experience to the young minds.
