About the Organization: GuruKool Academy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a focus on the education sector. The organization strongly believe that technology can be leveraged to solve many of the challenges our generation faces today. The organization's programs are currently conducted locally in Dallas-Fort Worth area with a focus on making a difference to the lives of students and young entrepreneurs in our communities. Organization's Primary Mission: GuruKool Academy's mission is to make a positive difference in the communities where we operate. Our current focus is to conduct educational programs to address a range of challenges faced by Dallas-Fort Worth area communities. We leverage a combination of both online and offline programs to achieve these goals. Activities and Programs: K-12 Education: We help conduct programs in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) domain for students in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This includes supporting other non-profits which run education-related programs in the region in the field of STEAM education University Programs: We work with some of the leading universities including Texas A&M, UTD and SMU. Our programs range from conducting internship programs, supporting young entrepreneurs, financial aid to students.Online Education: We are in the process of developing a portal to educate the workforce on innovative technologies.
