Gurvi Movement is a platform of mentorship & training, created for and by women. We offer hands-on online one-on-one courses, led by top-female mentors. Our mission is to highlight the issues encountered in the digital industry, to raise awareness of these inequities. We also put in place practical action plans:• We offer one-on-one mentoring, in order to reduce the gender gap in the digital and entrepreneurship sectors.• We advocate alternatives to the 9 to 5 routine, in becoming for instance an entrepreneur, a digital nomad or a freelancer.• We connect mentees to female role models, so they can identify with their experiences. See It, Be It.• We create a safe and diverse community to encourage and empower women in these sectors. • We promote the values of diversity, inclusion and equity in the digital world.
