Gyaan Adab was registered in 2013/14 as a charitable trust, a not-for-profit organization which would create an organized space for the community, without commercial interests – where the focus would be on celebrating literature and the arts.Envisioned as a catalyst of change, Gyaan Adab is a platform for artistic expression and intellectual engagement that promotes talent and inculcates appreciation of the arts. It aims to nurture aesthetic sensibilities and build a more enlightened, empowered community.Gyaan Adab's activities are as eclectic as its members and participants. Programmes and events are generally conducted in English, Hindi, Urdu or Marathi.Our vision is to create and sustain an inclusive forum for creative expression, learning and engagement that nurtures ideas and aspirations, encourages thought and analysis, and builds a more joyful, connected community.
