GYC is a non-governmental, non-religious, non political and non-profit making organization led by young volunteers and is having special interest in the empowerment of girls and women from around the world to contribute in transforming the society positively and impacting a positive change, along by taking into account Sustainable Development goals. GYC is based in India and focusing on boosting the status of Rural women through literacy, education, training and awareness creation. GYC aim is to see that all girls and young women, regardless of ethnicity, income level or social status, are nurtured and empowered to reach their fullest potential. The goal of this movement is to bring about the advancement, development and empowerment of women, with its focus on community development. The initiative willbe widely disseminated so as to encourage active participation of women.
