Habitam is the newest tool in Romania dedicated to all people interested in an easy and efficient way to manage the administrative activities of a homeowner association.There are two main types of users that can use Habitam: the administrators or accountants and homeowners or tenants.The administrator/accountant - have control over the organisation's finances, dues and assessments through our accountant software. It is a lot easier to be in touch with the homeowners and notify them regarding collection of payment fees or other topics/problems/issues concerning their community. The homeowners - will be in touch to resolve problems, to discuss issues - contribute to the well being of their community.Habitam is not all about the accountant software, there are few ideas we would like to take into consideration because we aim to improve the relationship between neighbors, their trust in homeowner associations.
