Since 1992, Habitat for Humanity has partnered with 88 qualified low-income families and their children to build homes in Clarksville and Montgomery County. Motivated by God's grace, Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, TN partners with people of all faiths to build decent homes and communities by putting faith into action.We are a 501(c)3 non-profit specializing in homebuyer opportunities for those who may not qualify for a traditional mortgage. We partner with families whose income is at the 30-60% median annual income range (for Montgomery County that would be $16,350 to $32,700). We are an equal opportunity housing lender.
