When we opened our restaurant in McAllen, we brought with us all the experience we'd gained from running our first location in Mexico. We knew it'd be the perfect opportunity to share authentic dishes from the cuisine we hold so dear to us. Since then, we've been guiding people through journeys of texture, flavor, and aromas, capturing the traditional spirit of everything we serve. Guests might discover this through a margarita with a plate of grilled oysters or a glass of wine to go with their huasteca steak. At our hacienda, we serve the very best of Mexican cuisine, and it's something we can't wait to share with you.Established in 2015.We've spent our lives traveling the countryside, taking in and tasting the unique flavors and rich ingredients used in the most exciting regional dishes. We used these experiences to open a restaurant in Mexico and, after it saw success, we knew our next venue would be in the U.S. What you'll experience at our restaurant in McAllen is the result of a lifetime commitment to capturing the true essence and atmosphere of the original haciendas that gave birth to what we now call Mexican cuisine.
