Hack Belgium is a high-profile hack festival that stimulates creative thinking and entrepreneurship around key societal and business challenges. The first edition, scheduled for early 2017, will gather approximately 1000 entrepreneurs, developers, designers, scientists, artists and professionals from all sectors and disciplines, in an event that combines elements of a hackathon, conference and festival.The event is supported financially by some of Belgium's largest corporate players. In addition, a very broad cross-section of stakeholders in government, business and academia support the event through the contribution of expertise and content.The mission of Hack Belgium is to help create new startups, invigorate traditional industries and expose people of all walks of life to startup thinking. Together, we can make a much bigger impact.
