Haddington House – Four Victorian Houses Now Combined as One Hotel. Your townhouse by the sea! Overlooking Dublin Bay and only 20 minutes from Dublin city by DART is one of Dun Laoghaire's oldest townhouses which is being carefully restored and upgraded as a new independent hotel, called Haddington House. In 2015, the team behind Oliveto Restaurant took over the hotel with a clear determination to build a boutique hotel experience that is grounded in old-world manners but also mixing quirky and fun, artsy and original, high brow and low brow. Haddington House has 50 bedrooms (14 directly overlooking Dublin Bay), an award-winning restaurant, called Oliveto, a private dining/party space called the Library Bar, a larger event space called the Oak Room, a new lobby bar, an incredible garden hut bar and external wood fired kitchen (when the weather is kind!).
