Hamit Derya who graduated from Istanbul Technical University as a Construction Engineer, has earned a lot of experience in the field since the 1980ies. With the other brothers joining the team in the 1990ies, the family corporation Hadeka Construction was born in 1993. In the 2000s Hadeka focused on its industrial buildings by revising its strategic targets. In the past 10 years Hadeka has successfully completed projects ranging between 20 000 and 60 000 m2 for Turkey's most renowned industrial firms from different sectors such as: Çolakoğlu Metallurgy, Habas Ind. Gas, Gürdesan Boat Machine, Yöre Group, Anadolu Glass, Tan Aluminium, Has Aluminium, Erdöküm and Marmara Frozen Food. Thanks to the support and the coordination that Hadeka provides during the projects and the qualitative and trustworthy services that they provide on the construction site, they have not only pleased customers but they have also become one of the most wanted loaders. With its experienced team, its strong financial structure and its corporate culture to create new values, Hadeka continues to share its expertise with the industrial corporations in Turkey.
