The company, founded by Bart and Rebecca Hadfield, originally specialized in custom residential properties, but over the years it evolved into a full service construction company with General Contracting, Design/Build and Construction Management. Hadfield branched into commercial construction in the late 1990s. Bart was able to bring his experience and keen eye for detail from the high-end residential sector to the commercial sector.
