Establishment:Hadhramout Students' Association (HSA) is a non-profit organization registered with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in Southport, CT as a public charity under the tax code 501(C)(3). HSA was established in December 2014 by a group of scholars from Hadhramout Foundation – Human Development who were attending various universities in the United States with the vision of creating an inclusive and supportive community for all Hadhrami students in the United States. The Association strives to promote connection and cooperation amongst its membersthrough organizing a variety of social, cultural and educational activities.Mission:To promote connection, assistance, and cooperation between Hadhrami students in the United States, and to support their talents, skills, and wellbeing, regardless of their gender, age, or ideology.Vision:To create an inclusive and supportive community for all Hadhrami students in the United States and help their integration within the American community.Objectives:• Deepen love and cooperation spirit among Hadhrami students in the United States.• Provide assistance to all Hadhrami students in the U.S academically and professionally.• Cultivate students' talents and abilities.• Promote cultural dissemination, history, and heritage of Hadhramout in the United States through organization and participation in cultural exhibitions.• Foster the principles of dialogue, diversity, and creativity.• Present students to officials and popular bodies, institutions, organizations, and unions.• Ensure that all students are protected and well taken care of for all aspects of life.
