Hafiz Wasi Agri Initiatives (HWAI), both, as a forum of advisers of Agri-Livestock Scientists and as a company, has focused to address the problems of Pakistani farmers of Agriculture and Livestock sectors. These professionals have served the country manifold in their respective as well as diversified fields in the past both in Public and Private sectors and now they have decided to turn their initiatives in reality on large scale production of climate-smart based agriculture and mixed crop-livestock systems which will ultimately benefit individual farmers of agriculture and livestock as well as socio-economic development of the country. Hafiz Wasi Agri Initiatives believes in continuous and coordinated efforts of all stakeholders in agriculture and livestock sectors in Pakistan to reach out to maximum potential of productions while working on Integrated crop-livestock, Conservation in agriculture, Agroforestry and for Nutrition-Sensitive agriculture. It also believe that research and development in agriculture and livestock sectors is ongoing requirement that needed to be stepped up. For this purpose the company is focusing on industry-academia linkages, engagement of public-private sectors to promote better farming techniques in Pakistan. HWAI is an active part of Pakistan Agriculture Scientists Forum (A forum of Agri Scientists working in Universities, Research Institutes and in field directly with farmers) where all agriculture related scientists meet off and on to share their observations, experiences and suggest solutions to the issues of both crop and livestock farmers.
