I'm a seasoned software engineer in the embedded and application (.Net/C#/WPF) domains. My broad experience in software engineering includes working in regulated environments, such as applying medical device software life-cycle processes according to IEC 62304. I've been active as a Software Developer, Software Configuration Manager, Software Architect, Product Owner and Scrum Master in small Scrum teams (3 to 5 people) as well as in distributed teams (up to 50 people) in a SAFe environment.With an Agile mindset, I'm driving for optimizing team efficiency and continuous delivery of business value, using methodologies like Scrum, KanBan and eXtreme Programming in combination with TDD/ATDD/BDD and Continuous Integration/Delivery environments.I value feedback, take accountability for my decisions, work best in Scrum teams and want to extend my knowledge in desktop, mobile and web application development.
