Kids want it. Coaches need it. Parents; insist on it!Hall of Fame Coaching Program is designed to hold coaches accountable for their behavior. The program is designed to provide perspective and demand a higher standard of conduct among amateur sport coaches. It is sport and skill neutral, focusing solely on coaching behavior. At Hall of Fame Coaching, we are highlighting what really matters: developing healthy, happy and helpful youth.The company mission is to encourage athletes to come back the next day. How will we do this? Coaches and Associations can register a profile on our website: www.hofcoaching.ca. Coaches can review our course online, and Associations can connect with coaches via the site, generating a survey link. This link can be shared with all the players and parents related to the coach, providing direct feedback on their coach's behavior. Associations receive the feedback anonymously, and coaches will be provided with an overall score which they can choose to post on their profile.
