My husband & I own & operate the Hallelujah Acres Lifestyle Center in Lake Lure, NC, where we teach guest students how to reverse disease and maintain good health and long life. Participants come from all over the US and the world. It is a plant-based nutrition program that relies on both the latest scientific information, as well as the Bible, in our hands-on, education-saturated program. We offer one or two-week programs, and guests reside with us in our beautiful, well-appointed retreat overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains, while they learn to prepare and enjoy gourmet vegan meals, fresh vegetable & fruit juices and smoothies daily.
