The new Norwegian furniture brandHallo Oslo was established in Oslo in 2015 and presented to the world for the first time at Nordic Buzz / The Formland Fair in Denmark in August that year. Our purpose is to create a new brand of furniture design for an international audience - all made in Norway. The name Hallo Oslo derives from a desire for the world to look to Norway and Oslo for great design. "Hallo" is how we great each other here, but it is also an expression of discovery and joy - a bit like wow! Our ambition is to create a universe of design, materials and craftsmanship that makes the world go Hallo!The first creation being launched from Hallo Oslo is a chair called Nordmann. With its roots in the old Norse language, the name is fittingly 100 % Norwegian. Normann is in solid oak and leather, and made for generations. Look forward to sit down in a Normann.
