The Hamilton Lincoln Law Institute is a free-market nonprofit public-interest law firm that litigates for free markets, free speech, limited government, separation of powers, and animal welfare, as well as against regulatory abuse and rent-seeking.HLLI was formed in January 2019 and includes the Center for Class Action Fairness (formerly part of the Competitive Enterprise Institute). HLLI continues the important work that CCAF does to ensure that the class-action system puts the interests of class members ahead of the interests of attorneys.
