Hammer's Farm is engaged in raising beef cattle that are not feed any hormones, antibiotics , animal byproducts nor corn. It's organic, if you want to call it that, but a better description is "Grass fed Beef." Our beef, when you would look at a ribeye is moderately firm and light red in color. We instruct the butcher to dry age the beef for fourteen days. The butcher cuts your side of beef according to the instructions you provide via our "cutting instructions to the butcher" on our web site; www.wagonrides.com . If you want to eat well, eat healthy and are also cost conscious, this is the way to purchase your beef.
