Hammer's Farm is engaged in raising beef cattle that are not feed any hormones, antibiotics , animal byproducts nor corn. It's organic, if you want to call it that, but a better description is "Grass fed Beef." Our beef, when you would look at a ribeye is moderately firm and light red in color. We instruct the butcher to dry age the beef for fourteen days.
