Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust was created on 1/4/11 from the merger of Hampshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust with Hampshire Community Healthcare as part of the Transforming Community Services programme. It provides specialist mental health and learning disability services and integrated community health services "where and where you want them" to most of Hampshire. With a £320m income and 4,500 staff it operates from approx 200 sites across Hampshire from supported living accommodation to inpatient hospitals. A full range of services are avalable including adult mental health services, older people mental health services, specialised mental health services eg forensic, learning disability services, social care, adult services,childrens services, dentistry, smoking cessation, sexual health etc.
