Give them a HAND Up not a Hand Out!At Hand Up Ministries Our Logo is chosen specifically to tell this story, and remind all who see it, of the indispensable life changing work we have before us, that is completely unavailable, and out of reach, without a HAND Up!Hand Up Ministries is the result a 6 year collaborative effort between Fr. Paul Ebwolu, in Uganda, and myself, in St. Louis MO. We are finally able to begin awarding "Perpetual Scholarships" to underserved Children in Uganda. Our Candidate Child, while having a Scholarly Aptitude, Must Be a Child who is unable to get an education, unless Hand Up Ministries intervenes on their behalf. Perpetual Scholarships lift them out of the grip of the Cycle of Poverty, in which they are trapped, and have no hope to escape.
