Ira has formed and managed several companies that provide a wide range of government relations, community outreach, and real estate services. He has worked on projects ranging from a multi-billion dollar landfill, a 350,000 sq. ft. big box retail, office and restaurant development, a 539 unit mixed use apartment/retail and hotel project, a 1,000,000 sq. ft. mixed use housing and retail project, and a 600,000 sq. ft. shopping center.
