HandsOn South Alabama mobilizes volunteers in our community to make a sustainable and measurable impact around education, the environment, economic stability and emergency preparedness. We are an affiliate of the HandsOn Network, an international organization whose core mission is to equip, mobilize and inspire people to take action that changes our communities. In our unique role as south Alabama's regional Volunteer Action Center, we place thousands of volunteers in meaningful service projects in local nonprofits every day. Leveraging the power of volunteerism, HandsOn South Alabama stretches our donor's dollars to bring about positive change, and every dollar donated has a ripple effect across the community.
