Seeking franchise Automotive dealership in MN, WI, IA, IL, SD, AZ, WA, OR, NE, KS, MO, NV and CO. Open to borrowing funds for a new facility as long as the rent factor makes sense within the current business. $4-5 million cash is ideal but have the ability to put in another 6 if the opportunity is the right fit in addition to taking on debt. GM or Ford are the preferred primary brands but will consider other tier one's. Want to be in a medium size store that is a single or dual point market or resides on a fringe metro.
