***** With the acquisition of Vanguard Health by Tenet Healthcare in October 2013, Hangar9 Solutions was merged into Dell Services to continue and expand provision of services across both ex-Vanguard and Tenet Health facilities. *****Founded in 2012 by senior leaders of Vanguard Health Systems, VHS created Hangar9 because few of the most critical infrastructural issues negatively impacting the healthcare industry are addressed by traditional service providers. Solutions that drive efficiency, improve reliability, and create tremendous cost leverage are unavailable to many stakeholders across the healthcare sector.To address these challenges, VHS founded Hangar9 to bring scale, deep domain expertise, technological innovation, and significant cost efficiency to customers across the healthcare sector.
