Hangzhou HeavenTex Co.,Ltd. is a company specialized in mattress fabric and upholstery fabric. Our factory is located in Yiqiao town, Xiaoshan District. Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province for years. Currently, our capacity for knitted jacquard fabric is around 300,000 meters monthly. And for woven jacquard fabrics, we have the capacity to produce 500,000 meters monthly.HeavenTex is young factory but we are strictly controlled in the production process from yarn dying to weaving, after treatment ,inspection and packaging. For the whole process, it's all under controlled. For all the fabrics we sold out, we guarantee the quality as agreed between customer and us. If any complaints, you could directly contact us and we will responsible for any problem before using. customer could get stable fabric from us since we have the strict data record system which could assure the unification of fabric treatment from batch to batch.In addition, HeavenTex have strict quality control system for each meter of mattress fabric. Inspection process will be implemented on the professional cloth inspection machine with light. The defects will be marked with red thread. Over 3 defects of a roll will be rejected and keep in stock. The inspection speed of the machine is around 17-18 mile per hour to make sure each defect could be found during inspection. After rolled, it will be weighed and if one roll is exceeding or lower than 5%，it will be rejected and re-treatment will be made.
