It's a company specialized in mixed-use development with retail and tourism theme. The current project we are working on full steam is a 26-hectare resort destination in the west suburb of Hangzhou, east China.It has 6 tourist hotels of varying standard, from Banyan Tree, Sheraton to youth hotel. Apart from a national wetland musuem, it has a waterside retail strip of around 40,000 sq.m. gross lettable area divided into three levels, from basement to level 2.
