Hannover Steel is an Anglo-German investment advisor specialising in active, value-add management of commercial and residential property in Germany. We focus on localities where we can invest in high quality but undervalued assets in non-core but carefully chosen German cities. We specialise in opportunities for yield improvement and capital appreciation by identifying assets that remain ‘under the radar' of larger funds.
