We practice the art and science of city planning research. We utilize quantitative data and qualitative engagement to inform about good (and bad) public spaces.Working with university and high school students, we innovate methods, pedagogy and technology to better understand how we could make better use of streets, parks, parking lots and even open markets in Hanoi, one of Asia's fastest growing cities.The lab started under the guidance of Michael McLaughlin, MCP and Professor Hoa Ta of the National Civil Engineering University of Vietnam.
