Hansen Roofing and Construction Company Inc (HRC) has been a successful family owned and operated commercial and residential roofing and construction company with well over 25yrs of industry experience, whose business premises has always been to be fair, honest, preform each job with integrity and continue to evolve, change and adjust to meet the ever changing needs of our clients and industryWe are exceptionally seasoned and versed in all residential & commercial roofing applications including slate spray roof coating, cool/green roofs, flat, SBS, Mod Bit, Peel & Stick, shingle, metal, copper, etc. Roof Inspections, siding, leaders and gutters and chimney inspections are also among our roofing services. They also provides project management, service and maintenance contracts for all residential and all commercial properties including co-ops,condos, buildings, churches and non-profit organizations. Additionally, we provide a full range of residential and commercial interior and exterior renovations, remodels, alterations and new construction services by only the best and seasoned tradespeople and craftsmen and women..HRC started out back in 1983 as a small one-man sole-proprietorship started by Jeff Hansen, who patiently grew his client base, honed his skills and eventually evolved over the years to the successful sole-proprietorship company "Jeff Hansen General Building Contractors" . In 1990, he and his wife Mary worked together, side by side running all day to day operations and on all projects. In 2001, Mary Hansen grew the business again and formed HRC, to which she is the proud owner, runs the day to day operations, including, sales, contracts, bids and is the companies resident drywall and taper. During this time, Jeff Hansen started Jemsco Services llc, the first contractor-owned consulting firm that excludes themselves from becoming their clients contractor and consulting services are fixed prices and aren't dependent on the project cost.
