"The oldest and largest student interests of the Hanze University of Groningen!"In January 2002, the Interfaculty Student Group (ISF) was founded by a group of administrators from various study associations of the Hanseatic University of Applied Sciences. The reason for setting up the ISF were the major problems that associations had with the poor facilities for (study) associations at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences. In addition, these administrators had the desire to work for the interests of all students of the Hanze University of Applied Sciences. It soon became apparent that the ISF needed more continuity and facilities. From the group there are regular ideas or proposals arising from further work or research requirements. That is why the Hanze Student Interests Association was founded in June 2004. The board and the group are inextricably linked and have gone into the future under one name, the HSV.The HSV has a rich history of people involved who have the same goal in mind, namely: to represent all interests for all students of the Hanze University of Applied Sciences and to have fun and coziness. The involvement of active members and alumni is still very large, creating a true HSV family.
