She provides ongoing support for all Happie clients and VAs to ensure a smooth transition and solve any trouble shooting along the way.*WHY AN AGENCY?Happie handles all the details with the VA and the client gets all the benefits of working directly without having to worry about any contract issues. If the VA needs sick / personal leave, we organise a cover for them. We also provide ongoing support to our VAs, sharing new virtual technology / processes to improve the client experience. *CLIENT PROCESSThe usual process is to have a Discovery call to learn more about the potential client and their business, a contract is sent out to ensure privacy both ways and then we go through a vetting process of our VA pool to determine the best fit. The VA is introduced over Zoom and the work begins!*FEESSee the website for current fees. The establishment fee is fully refundable within the first 3 months if the client feels the VA is not the right fit. We have an introductory offer of 10 hours at a discounted $300AUD (including GST) to give potential clients a chance to trial our VA service.
