Happy Children Happy Future (HCHF) was founded on 25 June 2017 by Gary Lau Hwei. HCHF is entirely managed and run by volunteers, providing free programmes for kids and youths, from Primary 1 to Secondary 3, who comes from low-income and/or single-parent families at seven locations across Singapore. Such programmes include weekly tuition sessions, games sessions and outings.
