Happy Meals provides hundreds of meals, builds and prints out custom resumes, provide haircuts and other resources each week to people in need. Every dollar in donations is able to provide a meal for 3 people or build and print out a custom resume to 23 people. Each and every day millions of pounds of food get tossed away by restaurants. In Arizona, over 450,000 children go to bed every night without food. Within Phoenix, hundreds of children, and thousands of adults are living on the streets where food is found by diving through dumpsters. Happy Meals Non Profit prevents food from being tossed out by collecting the excess food from restaurants and distributing it to shelters and missions in Phoenix. We provide warm meals for people who do not get enough to eat. This not only helps out people afflicted by food scarcity but if provides benefits to the restaurants who donate. Companies that donate food can get tax deductions. So when restaurants throw food away, they are literally throwing money away.
