Located just 5 minutes from downtown Huntsville, Ontario, our business is widely regarded as Canada's pioneer in cage-free pet care. Founder and Owner Lisa Brooks has spent over four decades as a professional in the dog industry and says, "I so appreciate the trust that our clients place in us. We are humbled and grateful, and it inspires us to try and improve every day."In the spirit of a true Muskoka resort, we have a brand new Resort Pavilion building with underfloor heating, dog bedrooms with memory foam mattresses on bunks and cozy fireplaces, a fully equipped grooming room, 17 fully-fenced dog parks, playgrounds, quiet zones and a public dog park situated on approximately 25 acres of naturalized parkland, including ponds for frog hunting and swimming. Extensive meadows and woodland offer ample room for dogs to run and explore. The Happy Tails experience has something for every size, age, breed and need. Our business provides numerous guest services and activities: Daycare, Resort Overnights, Long Term Pet Care, Specialized Care, Grooming and the public Dog Park.We also offer a well-established door-to-door Pet Shuttle Service between Toronto /GTA and Muskoka. We prefer an under four-hour time frame for our shuttle service, but we have picked up as far away as Ottawa.Happy Tails is your guilt-free alternative to conventional boarding kennels, a unique pet accommodation experience that is constantly improving and evolving thanks to a dedicated, forward-thinking team.
