HARITIMA, The Environmental Awareness Society of Hans Raj College had its humble inception as a college society in the year 2006, to nurture a spirit of environmentalism within the budding youth. To incorporate a sense of dynamism in the approach while caring for the Environment, the Society has grown over the years. From conducting environmental awareness drives to hosting seminars, from cleanliness drives to annual cycle rallies, it has progressed a lot in the steadfast pursuit of a greater degree of environmental care. With even more grand future plans, such as, organizing Bird Walks to conducting Environmental Research, its initiatives depend solely upon its dedicated members who are the backbone of the organization.
