Named after her daughter, Olivia Harlow, harlow jewelry is handcrafted jewelry by designer, Ruthie Crawford. Harlow Jewelry was born out of a lifelong curiosity for art and creativity. After exploring several design outlets, Ruthie fell in love with making jewelry. Her innovative ideas are influenced from all over the country where she has lived and loves to travel. She brings them home to her studio in Portland, OR where each piece is made in small batches, giving every customer the opportunity for a unique jewelry experience.
