Restaurants - Seattle, Washington, United States
The company's flagship, Harmon Restaurant and Brewery was founded in Tacoma's Brewery District in the heart of the UW Tacoma campus in 1995. Since then, owners Pat Nagle and Carole Holder have established three more venues. The Hub, with locations in Tacoma's Stadium district and the Narrows Airport in Gig Harbor, offers a world-class menu of artisan pizzas and Mediterranean themed pastas and sandwiches, within a family-friendly dining room and open-air bar and deck. The Tap Room, adjacent to the Hub's Stadium district location, was created to take on the brewery and primary wholesale beer distribution functions of the company. The recently completed Harmon Garden features a wood burning pit and plenty of Bavarian style outdoor seating. The back room is an all-age location providing a fun and engaging entertainment zone with big screen viewing, games and musical acts. The Harmon Venue is an 84-seat event space for private parties and functions. The company has a payroll of 175 people.
