Harry Tuffins operate supermarkets and adjacent Texaco forecourts in Churchstoke, Knighton, Craven Arms, Cleobury Mortimer, Machynlleth, Ludlow, Bishops Castle & Holywell and also supermarkets at Lydney and Coleford. www.harrytuffin.co.uk We are a family owned independent retailer, who benefit from being part of the NISA buying group. We have 10 supermarkets/convenience stores located in Wales, Shropshire and Gloucestershire, with 8 branches having adjacent Texaco petrol forecourts.At our headquarters in Churchstoke, mid wales, we have a 50 acre country park which is free to use for visitors to the area. Churchstoke also hosts ou...r established and very popular sunday market and carboot.Our charity Funday, annually held on the first Sunday in August, raises money for local organizations in the proximity of our stores, with a terrific £37K raised last year. This year it will be on SUNDAY 7th AUGUST.All stores have our ever popular QUIDS IN section and offer a unique independent shopping experience.TUFFINS – ALWAYS MAKING A BIG DIFFERENCE LOCALLYNow over 3 years since its inception, the ‘Making A Difference Locally' scheme continues to go from strength to strength.Set up by NISA for the express purpose of making funds available for NISA members to donate to local charities and good causes in their area, the scheme recently passed the £650,000 donations mark nationwide. As NISA members we have so far donated over £23,000 to charities and good causes around our 10 stores; with still more applications in the pipeline.Amongst those to have benefitted recently are Stokesay Flower Festival, Ludlow School, Little Rascals Playgroup, Leighton Handbell Ringers, Churchstoke FC, Dean Forest Hospice, Forden Retired Persons Bowling Club, Bucknell Community Sports, Craven Arms History Group, Stottesdon Playgroup and Cleobury Mortimer Playgroup.
